GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS (Domestic US):
ORDERING INFORMATION:   You may order through our website 24 hours a day. You may also contact customer service at info@MoodLyte.com We are open Monday - Friday 10:00 am - 5:00 pm EST. Please include your daytime phone number as well as your e-mail address.
PROCESSING ORDERS:   We process most orders within 48 hours. If we are back-ordered on any item, your shipment will be held until it can be shipped complete. You will be notified if any item you ordered is discontinued or will be out of stock for a prolonged period of time.
PAYMENT METHOD & TERMS:  We accept most credit cards with PayPal through the secure website shopping cart. Additional International payment options are via bank wire/electronic transfer - full payment in advance is required for all orders.
SHIPPING:  Shipping is via UPS Ground Service or US Postal Service Priority Mail unless otherwise specified. All shipping charges are FOB, Ft. Lauderdale, Florida USA.
DELIVERY TIME:  Delivery is 2 to 7 business days from shipping date, depending upon shipping method chosen during checkout. Pre-Order availability is typically 3-4 weeks plus shipping time.
RETURNS: (Shipping & Returns) Items must be returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days, and in the same condition they left our premises. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted before issuing any credit. Shipping charges are not credited. You must obtain a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) prior to returning any items  via email.  Fill out the Return form found on the bottom labeled "Returns".  No returns are accepted on International Orders/Shipments.
DAMAGED GOODS: (See Shipping & Returns) Should an item be received broken or damaged, email within 2 business days or receipt of shipment. Must include Order #. A Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) will be issued. Claims will be placed with the appropriate freight carrier for reimbursement.
PRICE:  Items and Prices are subject to change at any time without notice.
AVAILABILITY:  Some items may not be available due to discontinued stock or manufacturing or shipping delays. MoodLyte.com will advise you if an item ordered is not available.
PRODUCT VARIATIONS:  Due to manufacturing processes there may be some minor variations in size, dimensions, finish and look of some products.
