SHIPPING: Most orders are shipped within 3 to 5 business days from date of order. If we are temporarily out of stock on an item you will be notified, and your order will ship once stock has arrived. We ship via UPS or USPS.

RETURNS: Items must be returned, freight prepaid, within 30 days, and in the same condition they left our premises. A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted before issuing any credit. This code is provided to ensure that your request is handled and processed both quickly and efficiently. Therefore, it is important that this number be printed on the outside of the package being returned. This will expedite the process and allow us to correct the problem more efficiently.

Damaged Items: If you receive a damaged item, please contact our Customer Service Department immediately, and a customer service representative will issue a RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) and RMA number. They will record the necessary information and your replacement item will be sent . Since customer satisfaction is our main concern, you can rest assured that if a problem arises, we will make every attempt to rectify it.
